Y21 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by y21, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the y21 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y21. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the latest version.
Y21 is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The platform does not accept registrations from underage individuals under any circumstances.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on y21. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. y21 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Identity Verification
Y21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Multiple Account Prohibition
Users found to hold more than one active account will be subject to action, including the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances held within them. y21 employs detection methods to identify multiple registration attempts.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a y21 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of y21's systems or other users.
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing or transferring your account to any third party under any circumstances.
- Abusing the promotions, bonuses, or cashback system in any manner that goes against platform policy.
- Uploading or distributing content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Any breach of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as the freezing of funds associated with the violation.
Responsible Use

Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on y21 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, online banking, and e-wallets listed in your account settings.
Deposit
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe, depending on your chosen payment method. y21 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the method selected.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once all identity verification requirements are met. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. y21 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals for security and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same user's name.
Unauthorised Transactions
Y21 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any transaction suspected of being unauthorised, resulting from a technical error, or linked to activity that violates these terms. In such cases, y21 will notify the user and take appropriate action in accordance with platform policy.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Y21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or events beyond y21's control. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of error-free operation or uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and materials on the y21 platform are the exclusive property of y21 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The y21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. y21 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Y21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for other security-related reasons. In the event of a confirmed closure that is not due to a user violation, any eligible balance will be refunded in accordance with established procedures.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Y21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
